The single-family rental market has grown tremendously since the financial crisis, with institutional investors entering what had traditionally been a mom-and-pop space. Since the entry of these new participants, rapid change has been the norm, with evolving financing opportunities, strategies, hot locations, and consolidations. The data talk will focus on the recent evolution of the business and the data that have driven those business decisions, as well as what recent data tell us to expect.
