The architecture of health care reform in Oregon has created a framework and incentives for investing health care dollars outside the traditional boundaries of health care via a more comprehensive approach rooted in the social determinants of health. Enterprise Community Partners has partnered with the Providence Health System’s Center for Outcomes Research and Education (CORE) in Oregon to conduct a one-year study designed to: 1) Rigorously assess the impact of stable housing on health care utilization, costs and quality in low-income populations; and 2) Assess the specific impact of integrated services in housing on potential savings and quality indicators. Join us for this exciting webinar where we will share our results and discuss the implications for promoting affordable housing with services.
