Healthy Homes and Communities Webinar Series: Part 2

The second webinar in the four-part series will highlight promising practices to integrate healthy principles into housing and improve the health of residents at home.

Presenters will discuss cross-sector collaborations with hospitals, federally qualified health centers, and other health partners to develop healthy homes initiatives. Topics will include innovative design, building, maintenance, rehab, and in-home services.
