Health Equity and Community Development

This introductory training will give attendees the chance to explore the connections between health disparities, housing, and other structures that have been defined by racist policies and practices. There will also be discussions about the social and economic factors that influence health outcomes and learn about state-level developments that start to address the social and economic causes of health disparities, including the different ways racism manifests itself in health outcomes.
