From reforming zoning to creating new forms of social housing, some recent policy initiatives are trying to create diverse, mixed-income neighborhoods. However, without concerted efforts, residents may not connect across their differences in class, age, race, ethnicity, or family structure. This event will explore how housing and neighborhood policies can create connections and relationships between people from diverse backgrounds in current and new mixed-income neighborhoods.
