2017 National Rental Housing Landscape

The research presentation and expert panel discussion will discuss public policy implications of the findings of new analysis on rental housing trends in the nation’s largest metropolitan areas. This includes all 53 US metropolitan areas with over 1 million people and provides data on renter demographics, renter households, renter housing affordability, and the rental housing stock for each.
