Tomi Rajninger is a research analyst in the Housing and Communities Division at the Urban Institute. Her research interests include community development, homelessness, housing affordability, and equity in education and public infrastructure.

Rajninger received a BS in statistics and a minor in public affairs from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she conducted research to accelerate equity in computing and technology, focusing on educational pathways.
