Housing-Related Responses to COVID-19 by the Federal Government and the Enterprises

Grounded Solutions Network, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the National Low Income Housing Coalition will discuss the emerging types of federal relief and stimulus packages available, with a focus on affordable housing-related supports  for organizations, families being served, and the communities we are all striving to assist in this crisis. Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae will present  current relief options they are offering to prevent evictions and the adverse consequences of mortgage delinquencies. Speakers will also address how the COVID-19 pandemic may affect borrowers who are buying or refinancing a home.
